Caroline Flack has finally let the cat out of the bag by revealing her brand new job – she’s only gone and become a blooming radio host! That’s right – every Sunday morning when we will be cooped up in bed with a lifetime’s supply of coffee and toast – we can listen to Caroline and Welsh hunk Gethin Jones on Heart FM! The pair will be taking over the slot which was previously hosted by TV presenters Stephen Mulhern and Emma Willis, who is due to give birth to her third child very soon.
Apparently, Caroline and Gethin have been getting on like a house on fire and Caroline even joked about already knowing about each other’s families during the promotion for their new show. Gary Stein, managing editor at Heart FM, commented on their relationship so far: “There’s a brilliant chemistry between the two of them and I know their energy and charisma will bring a real feel good vibe to Sunday mornings on Heart.” There’s nothing we need more on a Sunday morning than a feel good vibe after realising Monday is right around the corner!
Rumours were flying in from here, there and everywhere about Caroline’s next career step when earlier this year, it was announced that she would be stepping down from her role as X Factor presenter. However, don’t panic and think we won’t be seeing her lovely face on TV soon. The second series of the revived reality show Love Island will be airing on our screens this summer, with Caroline returning to present it. Hurrah!
