Keesha Ulricka Sharp was born on 9 June 1973, in Rochester, New York State USA, and is a director and actress, perhaps best known for being a part of the series “Girlfriends”, in which she played the role of Monica Charles Brooks, being nominated for an NAACP Image Award for her performance. In 2015, she was cast in the drama series “American Crime Story”, playing the role of Dale Cochran, wife of Johnnie Cochran; the true crime anthology series presents past crime events based on popular written work.
A few of Keesha’s latest projects include “Lethal Weapon” – an adaptation of the film series of the same name – in which she is a series regular alongside Damon Wayans Sr, as Trish Murtagh. She also appeared in the biographical film “Marshall” playing the wife of Thurgood Marshall alongside Chadwick Boseman.
